Celebrat

Celebrat is a very simple, non-interactive, text-mode calendar application.

Adding and removing events is achieved by editing a data file (usually ~/.celebrat) with any text editor. When celebrat is launched it prints all pending events on the standard output; most of users call if from their startup script for login shells (~/.profile of ~/.login). Here is a sample data file and the output it generates.

It is very handy and useful. You'll like it.
